About the role:
Due to consistent growth, my client is looking for a Design Estimator who can ensure estimating is consistent with contracts and the company's overall strategy, and that the technical requirements of contracts and subcontracts are fully understood and consistently applied, with the objective of maximized revenue across all Power contracts. To undertake design works as required, applying client Standards to design and estimate works.
Primary responsibilities:
- Tender preparation
- Supplier/subcontractor liaison
- Client/customer relationship
- Business development
- Quality control and financial control
To be successful:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a design estimator in the electrical/infrastructure industry and relevant qualification
- Auckland-based or interested in relocating
- Eligibility to work in NZ
