The Role

As a Construction Equipment Technician, you'll be a crucial part of the team. Some light engineering for repairs including drilling, tapping, mig welding would be required. Reading schematics on electrical and hydraulic machinery also forms part of the job.

You'll collaborate with a team of talented technicians, tackling a diverse range of large civil machinery in both shop and in-field environments. You work well independently and as part of a team.

You also posess relevant mechanical qualifications (for eg a trade certificate in heavy vehicle mechanics).

Role Overview

  • Diagnose, repair, and service heavy machinery, including hydraulic, electric, and electronic components.
  • Engage in light engineering tasks, such as drilling, tapping, and mig-welding.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Enjoy a work schedule that allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • You'll be working from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7 am to 5 pm
