Training Capability

We're committed to quality training outcomes.

Integral to AWF’s relationship with clients and candidates is our commitment to training.

We create future career pathways and lift competency levels within our own workforce, as well as the workforces of our clients. Our own internal trainers provide formal job qualification training, assessment and recognised certification to up to 300 people a month.

This is especially evident in the Civil and Infrastructure Industry where we are a significant supplier of staffing and training services to Tier 1, 2 and 3 Contractors. Our offering, which extends to school leavers through Accordant Group’s The Work Collective social enterprise, includes no fees for entry level courses.
