AWF are looking for Duct Fitters who have a minimum of three years' experience for full time positions on sites in the Auckland CBD. You should have a good command of English both written and verbal, and experience with installation on local NZ construction sites.
You will be required to assist with installation of prefabricated sheet metal ducts used for heating and air conditioning. The use of hand and power tools is required, including using angle grinders and drills - you should have access to your own tools.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Minimum three years hands on installation experience
- Must have good sheet metal fabrication skills
- EWP certificate and Site Safe certification
- Your own tools available
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand - NZ residency/citizenship or a valid NZ open work visa
- For health and safety reasons we will require the right applicant to pass a pre-employment drug screen
