Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Gatehouse Administrator to join our team. As the Gatehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the gatehouse, providing exceptional customer service to all visitors, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for our facility.
This role is a casual, on-call role with a minimum of 8 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage the gatehouse operations, including monitoring incoming and outgoing traffic, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, including truck drivers, employees, and guests, by answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate areas of the facility.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and visitors.
- Collaborate with the security team to maintain a secure environment and address any security concerns or incidents as they arise.
- Support the administrative team with data entry, filing, and other general office duties as needed.
