Overview
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Heavy Machinery Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to adapt to changing work environments. This position requires a WTR endorsement and a strong commitment to safety.

This role is initially solely as a loader operator/yardman. However, the intention is to take on an individual who is willing to upskill and learn batching/dispatching duties.

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Complete daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Qualifications
- Valid WTR endorsement
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Technologically minded with the ability to operate machinery controls
