Diagnostics and repair of heavy industrial machinery - both imported and exported for agriculture and horticultural customers. Some commissioning of new machinery. Some light engineering for repairs including drilling, tapping, mig welding. Reading schematics on electrical and hydraulic machinery.
The Role
As a Mechanical Technician, you'll be a crucial part of the team, working on cutting-edge Viticultural and Winery equipment, including Harvesters, Sprayers, Leaf Removers, Trimmers, and Winery Equipment.

We want individuals who can dive deep into the heart of heavy machinery, identify the root causes of issues, and skillfully bring them back to life.
You'll collaborate with a team of talented technicians, tackling a diverse range of large harvesting machinery in both shop and in-field environments.
Role Overview
- Diagnose, repair, and service heavy machinery, including hydraulic, electric, and electronic components.
- Engage in light engineering tasks, such as drilling, tapping, and mig-welding.
- Participate in the commissioning of newly imported equipment.
- Perform pre-delivery checks to ensure top-notch quality.

- You'll be working from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7 am to 5 pm

- Mechanical expertise, especially with heavy machinery (experience with farm-based equipment is a plus).
- The ability to decipher schematics related to electrical, electronic, and hydraulic components.
