Overview

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will have a class 1 full license, 2-5 years of experience in commercial and residential painting, and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint
  
• Mix paints and match colours for desired finish
  
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
  
• Ensure proper protection of surrounding areas to avoid damage from paint
  
• Follow health and safety protocols at all times
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Painter
  
• Class 1 full license
  
• Health and safety conscious
  
• Great attitude and reliability
  
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work in commercial and residential settings
  
• Maintenance experience is a plus

Day-to-day

• Arrive at job sites on time and prepared to begin work
  
• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
  
• Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines throughout the painting process
