Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our reputable local client. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a reliable work ethic.



Responsibilities

- Daily machine operation within a timber finger-jointing department

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations

- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet delivery deadlines

- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity

- Maintain accurate production records and documentation for quality control and process improvements
