We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking, and process-driven recruiter to join our team!

The role as Recruitment Consultant should appeal to someone who is:

  • Passionate about people, as you will be focused on candidate attraction, retention, and pastoral care through CV screening, site visits, and communication
  • Thorough with conducting in-depth interviews, vetting all applications, and presenting job offers
  • Understanding of the importance of Health & Safety within the blue-collar workforce
  • Equally passionate about recruitment and customer service whilst ensuring we are providing the highest level of account management to our clients

Ideally you will have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in an HR/recruitment or Account Manager role; exposure to recruitment would be an added bonus!
  • Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Exceptional client service skills and the ability to form strong lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Proactive and process-driven
  • Hunger, passion, resilience and drive to get the job done, with a 'never give up' attitude
