What you'll be doing:
- Fabricating commercial sheet metal duct
- Cutting, shaping, forming duct using bending machines, presses and hammers
- Finishing including sanding, filing and polishing
- Working full time Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, some Saturday work available
To be successful you will need:
- Proven sheet metal duct fabrication experience, ideally 2 years + NZ experience
- Ability to read, understand and work from technical diagrams and/or drawings
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Work within a team, though you will have the ability to work unsupervised
- Good physical fitness and a great work ethic
In addition to these you will be required to undertake a pre employment drug and alcohol screen and criminal history check as well as be able to provide references on request and have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
