The Role
Are you looking for a role with a mix of customer service with a mechanical flavour but without the cold calling? This is a hands-on position where you will dealing with tradies and big machinery.
You will be part of a well-oiled machine, managing the return of modern, high-end construction and civil equipment and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the return of construction and civil machinery and equipment. This includes:
- Meeting customers, overseeing and assisting with the offloading or delivery of equipment
- Maintaining the awesome customer satisfaction that is already in place
- Basic mechanical checking and reporting any damages
- Refuelling and completing post hire paper / computer work
- Keeping the yard clean, tidy and uncluttered
- Assisting the Pre Hire Coordinator as required

Work hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm - 47.5 hours per week. Must be able to work overtime if required.
Requirements:
- Experience dealing with customers or clients
- Physically fit and able to climb on / under large equipment
- Excellent spoken and written English including great handwriting
- Full Class 1 (car) drivers licence is a must
- Forklift experience
- Mechanical knowledge or experience
- F, W, T, R licence endorsements would be a bonus
