Since he was young, Shane Reihana has struggled with the written word but that doesn’t stop him from being the best. He’s worked hard to overcome his challenges and now helps to support all of the guys on his team. Upskilling though our training programmes and working hard has seen Shane become a successful Site Supervisor. We think his story is an inspiration; no matter what obstacle, you can achieve your dreams.
