What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing soil and planting bulbs
  • Managing crops and assisting with pest control and spraying
  • Harvesting flowers and preparing them for dispatch
  • Operating machinery and helping with general maintenance

The flowers are grown undercover all year round, so there's always something to do. You'll enjoy a variety of tasks across the seasons, typically working Monday to Friday, 6-7am to 4.30pm with some public holiday work when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven physical fitness and experience in a manual job (e.g. landscaping, farming, cleaning)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and team player mindset
  • Mechanical aptitude - confident using tools and machinery
  • A genuine interest in learning and developing new skills

Must already living in and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand - NZ / Aust Citizenship or NZ Permanent Residency. Overseas candidates will not be considered. This role is not suitable for visa sponsorship.
