As a Recruitment Consultant at AWF you will play a pivotal role participating with a passionate, hands on & service based team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our clients' success, and in turn be partied some of Auckland's key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Develop & foster new client relationships via Business Development.

Provide consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies and watch market trends.

Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Negotiate client & candidate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.

Monthly Health & Safety reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role in recruitment.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

Excellent communication and high interpersonal skills.

Effectively being able to 'read the room'.
