We are looking for talented Welder/Fabricators to support our client based in Hastings Hawkes Bay.

Our Client Specialises in manufactoring Hydraulic Equipment, patricularly hydraulic loaders, attachments and more.

About the Role

Work hours : 6am till 4 pm Monday to Friday.

This is a production based role however fabrication skills are required.

• Reading Detailed Fabrication drawings.
• Welding - & Assembling of components and Sub Assemblies for Machines
• Material preperation - Cut, drill and prepare materials for welding and fabrication, using various tools and equipment.
• Assembling components & Sub assemblies to build complete machines (various models) ready for Blasting / paint & final fit out
• Measuring and detailed preparation of Small and Large heavy components.
• Assembly and Fitment - Assemble and fit components such as Hydraulic Cylinders, pumps and valves.

Requirements from you:

• Trade Certification in welding.
• Proven Expeirence in Production environement / Welding preferably in manufacturing of heavy machinery or equipment (not essential)
• Technical knwoledge having a strong unferstanding of mechinalcal and hydraulic systems ( or willing to learn)
• Physicall Ability - Be physically able to life, bend and work in a fast paced production environment.
• Work safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Must be legally entitled to work in NZ with a valid work visa, residency, or citizen status.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
